- Achieving high standards of productivity and to ensure that all documentation generation and checking meets cGMP requirements
- Ensuring all documentation is generated in a timely manner to meet production plan
- Generating batch documentation and labels required for the production of all items in line with the production plan
- Completing and checking the necessary calculations required on batch documents
- Confirming that information on batch documents and labels corresponds to master documents/formulations
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP and all relevant legislation & company policies & procedures including but not limited to, Health and Safety, MHRA Guidelines, ISO standards and the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Assisting with investigations into failures, ensuring that all documentation associated with the QMS is completed accurately and in a timely manner including updating SOP’s and Kabi Track investigations
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office and Abacus/Samware
- Analytical and numerate
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Organised and able to manage time effectively
- No rota'd weekend working and no night shifts
