The role can also include restacking pallets and wrapping pallets with goods to ensure they can be transported safely within the warehouse.The Night Warehouse Operator shift pattern is 12 hour shifts, 3 nights on 3 nights off, 7 pm – 7 am. Between 10 pm – 6 am the pay rate goes up to £15.11 per hour.The Person:As a night Warehouse Operator, you need to be motivated and organised to stay on track and work towards the KPIs and targets for loading, unloading, and sorting parcels. The parcel sorter needs to be comfortable with completing physical work to manually handle and move items of different sizes and weights.
