  • Position: Vehicle Technician
  • Location: Eltham, South East London
  • Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 Basic + £10,000 OTE
  • Hours: 8am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, 30-minute lunch break, no weekends
A Franchised Car Dealership in Eltham due to continued success, are currently seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their professional workshop team and contribute to dealership workshop team, with plenty of manufacturer training for brand accreditation.Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician with our client:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and identify any safety or maintenance concerns
  • Complete service and repair tasks efficiently and within specified timeframes
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
  • Uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service at all times
  • Preferably an MOT Tester but not essential
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
  • Qualified to Level 2 NVQ or City & Guilds in light vehicle mechanics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
  • Preferably possess an MOT license, but not essential (training can be provided)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid UK driver's license
