Vision for Education is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme from September 2025, supporting schools across Northampton and nearby areas. This is the ideal opportunity for teachers who want the flexibility of supply teaching combined with the financial stability of guaranteed income.In exchange for full-time availability, we guarantee paid work every week – even if no assignment is available. You will work across a range of supportive and welcoming primary schools in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, gaining valuable experience and building strong relationships in local settings.Requirements
