Based in Desford, UK, you’ll join the technical team shaping the next generation of Compact Wheel Loaders. This is a key role within product development and manufacturing, where you’ll help ensure our machines meet the highest standards.As a Senior Fluid Lines Designer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:Leading the design and development of fluid lines installations which are validated to meet functional and technical requirements. This will include the specification, routing, positioning and mounting of static and dynamic fluid carrying components, as well as providing solutions to significant technical challenges.Working across multiple projects, managing multiple concurrent objectives and collaborating with global teams and suppliers to deliver new designs into series production which meet quality, velocity and cost targets.Coordinating with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing, product development, supply chain and manufacturing to manage design changes through the engineering lifecycle.Communicating design status and decisions clearly to stakeholders and participating functional areas through presentations and detailed reports.Providing work direction and coaching to others within a diverse and global team and delivering and receiving constructive feedback with a continuous learning mindset.NB.
