- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
- Demand Planning experience working within the FMCG industry.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
- Proficiency in demand planning software and Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in forecasting and planning.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
