We are looking for a self-sufficient Inclusion Partner to join our Inclusion Team, someone who thrives on delivering projects with flexibility and precision, keeping the wheels turning while working closely with our Inclusion Lead.About the RoleAs our Inclusion Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and enabling the delivery of our Retain and Gain People Strategy and Group Inclusion Strategy. Your focus will be on coordinating and driving forward key initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication across the business. You won't be expected to lead the strategy but will be instrumental in making sure the day-to-day progress happens efficiently, adapting quickly as our strategy evolves.What You'll Do
  • Lead the administration and project management of action plans supporting our Clear Assured Accreditation, Retain and Gain People Strategy, and Group Inclusion Strategy
  • Coordinate internal and external Inclusion communications in partnership with the Group Communications team, including updating intranet and websites
  • Deliver engaging inclusion training workshops to diverse audiences, from all employees to senior leaders
  • Collaborate with multiple teams such as Communications, Project Directors, Social Value, wider HR, on inclusion-related projects
  • Organise and coordinate Inclusion activities and quarterly Infrastructure Inclusion Working Group meetings
  • Act as a responsive point of contact for Inclusion queries

  • Excellent communicator, able to adapt style to different stakeholders and situations
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven experience managing projects successfully, often against shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Skilled at building positive, productive relationships across a range of stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic about Inclusion and eager to contribute to a culture of belonging

While specific EDI experience is beneficial, it is not essential.
