- Lead the administration and project management of action plans supporting our Clear Assured Accreditation, Retain and Gain People Strategy, and Group Inclusion Strategy
- Coordinate internal and external Inclusion communications in partnership with the Group Communications team, including updating intranet and websites
- Deliver engaging inclusion training workshops to diverse audiences, from all employees to senior leaders
- Collaborate with multiple teams such as Communications, Project Directors, Social Value, wider HR, on inclusion-related projects
- Organise and coordinate Inclusion activities and quarterly Infrastructure Inclusion Working Group meetings
- Act as a responsive point of contact for Inclusion queries
- A strong facilitator and educator, comfortable engaging diverse audiences both virtually and face-to-face
- A 'can-do' attitude with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Excellent communicator, able to adapt style to different stakeholders and situations
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven experience managing projects successfully, often against shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable with change and ambiguity
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Skilled at building positive, productive relationships across a range of stakeholders
- Enthusiastic about Inclusion and eager to contribute to a culture of belonging
