Robert Half are seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a multi-site Wi-Fi refresh. The role involves coordinating internal teams and vendors to deliver hardware upgrades on time, within budget and scope. Requires strong organisation, proactive risk control, and effective stakeholder communication.Key DutiesDeliveryLead Wi-Fi refresh and other infrastructure projects.Create and manage plans, milestones, and dependencies.Coordinate with IT, comms, facilities, and customer teams.Align delivery with business needs.StakeholdersAct as key contact, managing expectations and updates.Provide reports, briefings, and regular communication.Work with site teams to minimise disruption.SuppliersManage third-party delivery and installations.Track dependencies and validate outputs.Ensure obligations are met.Risk & ChangeMaintain RAID log, escalate issues as needed.Identify/mitigate risks early.Support change and comms activity for adoption.GovernanceReport progress, KPIs, and budgets to forums and leadership.Maintain documentation and handover for BAU teams.Candidate ProfileTrack record delivering infrastructure/network projects.Strong stakeholder and supplier management.Skilled in RAID and governance reporting.Highly organised with excellent communication skills.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
