- Ensure company-wide compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to safety across all areas of the business
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections
- Perform risk assessments and ensure necessary controls are in place
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety strategies and systems
- Collaborate with teams at all levels to promote a strong health and safety culture
- NEBOSH (Certificate or Diploma)
- Proven experience in a health and safety role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong auditing and risk assessment experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams
- Competent in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
