- Provide advice and information to patients, nurses, and doctors to ensure safe and effective use of medication.
- Maintain and coordinate the stock levels within the pharmacy department, ensuring the timely ordering and delivery of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements as stipulated by the hospital and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Assist in training and supporting junior pharmacy staff and any locum colleagues new to the department.
You must have current and valid GPhC registration.
Previous experience in a comparable UK-based pharmacy setting is essential.
