Seven Resourcing are looking for a Senior Children's Social Worker (Family support and protection) to work with Tower Hamlets Borough Council35 Hours Per Week£37 Per HourHybrid 3- 4 days a weekThe Job-The required person will work as part of a long term team, whereby they will be working with children in need, children on child protection plans and with children who are subject to court proceedings. The required Social Worker will be required to work from 9am until 5pm from Monday until Friday. Our office is based outside of Whitechapel station and so there is good links via public transport. We work flexibly, whereby we offer our Social Workers the opportunity to work from home on days that they are not on duty, so typically this enables them to work from home 3 to 4 times per week if needed. Tower Hamlets is a friendly and nice environment to work in. The average case loads for Social Workers are currently around 16-18 children/young people. We have a good ofsted rating and we are working towards becoming outstanding.
