Focus primarily on Sales and Senior Leadership roles, with C-suite opportunities
Market mapping and talent pooling strategies
Candidate shortlisting and comprehensive interviewing
Provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
Lead offer negotiations to successful completion

What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:

Proven track record as a high-performing Delivery Consultant
Consistent billing history exceeding £250k annually
Experience in senior-level recruitment and executive search
Strong relationship-building capabilities
