- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Ensuring that opex costs are correctly coded to divisions and accurately stated in the monthly management accounts
- Presentation of monthly opex reconciliations to both Head of and Finance Director
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and audit processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
- Experience in management accounting role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- A competitive salary of approximately £55000 to £60000, depending on experience.
