We're Hiring - Multiple Operative Roles Available!Location: North ScarleOwn transport is essential, and an in date valid Forklift licence (counterbalance)Current Vacancies:Warehouse Operative (with FLT) £13.47
  • Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - rotating days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
  • Role Overview: The Warehouse Operators role is to load and unload trailers as specified by the load plan or delivery note. to make sure product is correct and free from damage and contamination. All product to be stored in relevant area.
Process Operative (Mill/Extruder with FLT) - £14.46
  • Current Shift: 4 on 4 off 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am.
  • Role Overview: Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role is responsible for the processing (via milling and extrusion, drying and coating) of animal food, safely, to the required finished standard, as effectively as possible.
Intake Operative (with FLT) - £13.47
  • Current Shift: 4 on 4 off 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am
  • Role Overview: To weigh in and out deliveries using the integrated weigh scale and associated computer systems. To unload deliveries in a timely and efficient manner, in line with the company policies and procedures. To follow a plan and be able to pre-batch material ready for the mill, and to be able to feed the mill with material needed for each set production run. To intake and prepare packaging for the Packing Hall, returning to store once finished with.
Product Transfer Operative (with FLT)
  • Current Shift: 4 on 4 off 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am
  • Role Overview: Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role is responsible for the effective transfer of product from production (process) to packing.

  • Flexibility to adapt to shift changes where applicable
  • Experience in food production or similar environments is an advantage but not essential
