For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Responsibilities:About the role:
  • To provide an excellent first point of contact to all communication into West Kent, West Sussex and East Sussex drug and alcohol services
  • To carry out telephone triage assessments and provide advice and brief interventions as required
  • To route incoming calls to appropriate destination
  • To ensure all relevant information is recorded on CRIIS where required
  • To listen and look after the needs of the service user, professionals, and partners, showing a ‘can do’ attitude at all times
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
About you:
  • Extensive knowledge of statutory and non-statutory health and social care services in West Sussex, West Kent, and East Sussex
  • Excellent knowledge of Harm Minimisation techniques covering a range to drug types
  • Excellent knowledge of MI skills
