- Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate closely with trade, buying, commercial, marketing and campaign stakeholders to ensure both day-to-day activity and large campaigns are planned and executed successfully
- Support the Loyalty Manager in project managing the planning and execution of our existing loyalty programme whilst looking for opportunities to make optimisations to maximise the performance of the scheme
- Ongoing reporting of project status, scheme and campaign performance against agreed KPIs to key stakeholders across the business
- Leveraging existing data and reporting, as well as what's happening more broadly in the market from a Loyalty perspective, bring a point of view to conversations and work with the Loyalty Manager to make recommendations that will drive planning and execution of Lookfantastic Loyalty activity
- All loyalty materials are in-line with new Lookfantastic branding
- Loyalty is integrated in all plans and comms executed optimally
- Scheme benefits are being consistently delivered and opportunities to improve the execution of these benefits are identified
- The Customer Experience is audited, reviewed and optimised ongoing (onsite, in-app, through CRM, offline)
- International rollout of the loyalty scheme projects are supported as required
- Omni-channel integration projects are supported as required
- Experience working in a cross-functional role collaborating with multiple teams in different functions
- Comfortable analysing data, working with analytics software such as Tableau and Google Analytics, and drawing out actionable insights
- Strong understanding of loyalty schemes and the role they play
- Experience within the retail industry, ideally the Beauty industry, desirable
- Highly articulate and confident communicator with strong influencing skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects with good time management
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders with strong upwards management skills
