- Proven experience in sales, account management or business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you're proactive and commercially savvy
- Strong communicator and confident relationship-builder
- Organised, driven, and tech-friendly (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Experience in Internal Sales, Hire Desk, or similar roles is ideal
- Base salary of £25-30k, depending on experience
- OTE £50k+ with uncapped commission and bonuses
