- Compile rotas in line with budget and business needs
- Managing customer feedback and putting action plans together
- Oversee the delivery of all C&E bookings exceeding customers’ expectations on every level
- Strong knowledge and experience of working within the events and hospitality department
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Flexible in regards to working hour
- Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
- Able to work in a pressurised environment and able to multi- task
- Understanding of P&L accounts
