- Leading engineers in Customer installation of FWA/Fibre and 4G.
- Responding to and resolving customer faults where a senior skillset is required.
- Assisting other installation teams across the UK where necessary to support customer needs or project timescales.
- Correct use of safety equipment and procedures, ensuring H&S is diligently followed and company documentation, Method Statements/RAMs are followed.
- Working in accordance with business and customers Health and Safety requirements.
- Van, tools and equipment are looked after and kept clean, tidy & serviceable.
- Ensure van stock is kept up to date including consumables considering overstockverstock may be required for assisting engineers.
- Troubleshooting customer issues when a service visit by engineers are not successful, understanding root cause issues and ensuring these are fed back and resolved with the team leader
- Liaising with both colleagues and customers; keeping in regular contact with office staff,team leaders and managers.
- Being punctual and conducting all work to high standards of quality.
- OOH on-call work may be required on a rota basis
- Ensure the appropriate H&S is adhered to by our field teams, including but not limited to the correct use of safety equipment and procedures while working at heights or underground.
- Any other duties commensurate with role.

- In depth understanding of Fibre installation and maintenance.
- In depth understanding of Fixed Wireless access networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot

- Experience: Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in a similar role, with a strong understanding of FWA and FTTP operations
- Full UK Driving Licence: a valid, full, and clean driving licence.
