We’re looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join our Legal & Compliance team, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Quality and Compliance operations run seamlessly.⚠️ Important: This role isn’t for everyone. To succeed, you must have advanced Microsoft Office skills—particularly in Excel—as data manipulation, reporting, and accuracy are at the heart of the role. These skills will be tested during the interview process, so if you’re an Excel enthusiast who enjoys creating reports and working with data, this is the perfect role for you.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, including:
- Maintaining quality and compliance records, certificates, and reports
- Supporting internal and external audit preparation and execution
- Managing and updating our Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Scheduling compliance activities and coordinating with internal teams
- Maintaining key registers such as non-conformity and corrective action logs
- Some travel may be required.
- Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A clean driving licence (essential)
- Experience in a regulated industry or with Quality Compliance/Health & Safety is a plus
