- Experience managing remote teams.
- City & Guilds 236/2330 qualification or equivalent
- Experience of Health and Safety issues and its implications in the workplace is essential as well as a knowledge of issuing risk assessments for work, accident and incident reporting.
- The ability to analyse data to drive performance and growth across the team
- Understanding of the industry codes of practices, policies and procedures, including safety requirements, which are relevant to Commercial and Industrial Meter Operations and the ability to effectively communicate these to the staff
- Ability to review photos of installations in varying levels of completeness to advise customers on requirements for work to go progress to completion
- Experience of resolving complex customer issues regarding billing, workmanship, general complaints etc
- Ability to motivate others and develop good team working relationships.
- A good knowledge of commercial metering, billing and communications would be a distinct advantage
- Ideally will have taken the lead in delivering tasks or projects and played a key part in the prioritisation and allocation of tasks / activities amongst a team
