You’ll be working with clients who are living with long-term health conditions such as heart and respiratory disease), cancer, neurological disorders, and musculoskeletal pain. What we’re looking for:
A minimum Level 3 qualification in GP Exercise Referral.
A great communicator who’s empathetic, organised, and driven.
Someone who can manage a caseload effectively and keep accurate records to help us monitor and improve our service.
