- Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email and showing genuine customer care.
- Providing administrative support
- Resolve customer queries, complaints , or issues by providing solutions
- Entering information and updating the CRM system.
- Customer service experience ideally in contact centre or retail (ideally both)
- Strong IT skills with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to adapt to a changing environment
