Office Based37.5 hours a week - Initially to work Monday - Friday but you must have the flexibility to work different shifts , including evenings and weekends.£25,000 per annumPermanentRugby - Swift ValleyOur client is looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join a pleasant team of 6 .The role will involve speaking and emailing to vulnerable customers providing them with updates, information and help with their enquiries.This is a growing business, looking for someone able to deal with a changing environment and able to provide ideas and support.Main responsibilities:
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email and showing genuine customer care.
  • Providing administrative support
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints , or issues by providing solutions
  • Entering information and updating the CRM system.
Skills & experience:
  • Customer service experience ideally in contact centre or retail (ideally both)
  • Strong IT skills with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to a changing environment
