Reporting to the IT Supply Chain Manager, this role works with multiple suppliers, internal functions, directly with consumers, and ensures that initial and post procurement activities are carried out effectively.   • Raising purchase orders
  • Working with suppliers for quotes, ordering and delivery tracking
  • Generating request tickets
  • Invoice processing
  • Calculating recharges
  • Scheduling and booking training
  • Booking meeting rooms and travel
  • Resolving queries from finance
  • License/subscription procurement
  • Dealing with maintenance renewals
  • Contract management
  • Provide training and handover for cover
  • Some travel will be necessary
