Package - £40,000 – £50,000 + Company Car/ Car allowance, 25 Days Holiday + Banks, Pension, Death in Service etc.This role focuses on surveying, designing, and quoting installation works for fire and security systems around 80% project sales and 20% contract sales. You’ll be responsible for visiting sites, understanding client needs, producing accurate and compliant system designs, and presenting tailored proposals on time.Once a sale is secured, you’ll manage the handover to the Installation Division, ensuring a smooth transition and that every project runs to plan. You’ll track and manage your own sales pipeline, follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve revenue and margin targets.You’ll also research market trends, analyse customer requirements, and spot opportunities to grow business in your region, including cross-selling into other service areas. Throughout, you’ll work closely with operational teams to ensure what’s sold is deliverable, safe, and compliant.Key Responsibilities:
