- Acting as a customer relationship co-ordinator.
- Engaging with customers through various channels, to ensure clear, concise, and empathetic communication to resolve issues satisfactorily.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support the Quality and Safety teams by co-ordinating quality and safety investigations.
- Monitoring Key Performance Indictors: generating reports on recurring issues that can pre-emptively address potential problems and enhance overall system reliability and safety.
- Provide internal and external product training. Conducting knowledge-sharing sessions to build a knowledgeable and proficient support team.
- Maintain and review comprehensive documentation, including maintenance manuals, Modification leaflets and engineering change requests.
- Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Plans and prioritises work to meet commitments aligned with RFD Beaufort goals.
- Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
