- Assist the Teacher in ensuring a positive and safe learning environment
- Support student with SEN, helping them to overcome barriers to learning
- Adjust activities according to pupils’ responses as appropriate
- Supporting pupils in their social and emotional well-being.

- Has experience working with children, preferably within an educational or coaching setting

- The ability to engage students in their learning
- Strong understanding of SEN and strategies to support young people is desirable
- Adaptable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to drive and have access to your own car, not essential
