- Events planning and implementation - Support with the delivery of an extensive events programme across the EMEA region, taking ownership of key event programmes including seminars, workshops, conferences, and roundtable dinners. Manage client targeting, stakeholder engagement, and liaison with external agencies and venues. Oversee sponsorship logistics, including stand preparation, merchandise, and collateral.
- Digital support - Manage website updates, on-page SEO implementation, user tracking, and reporting. Support with paid advertising/PPC campaigns. Plan, design, and report on email marketing campaigns using Pardot marketing automation software.
- Social media - Support with LinkedIn and Instagram strategy, user engagement, content writing, post design in Canva, and reporting.
- Performance reporting - Analyse marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Pardot, LinkedIn Analytics, and Sprout Social. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- CRM (Salesforce) - Maintain accurate data, build and segment target lists, create and manage campaigns, pull reports, promote user engagement, troubleshoot issues, and streamline data management processes in partnership with FTI Consulting's CRM support function.
- Collateral development - Work with internal teams and external designers/copywriters to develop high-quality marketing materials including thought leadership content, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Client proposal support - Manage and maintain the repository of credentials and case studies, and provide support with proposal decks/ materials as required.
- Internal communications - Support with the delivery of internal marketing and BD communications including intranet updates, email announcements, and regular marketing updates on office staff calls.
- Budget management - Manage budgets for assigned projects. Negotiate supplier fees, track costs, and update the Marketing Director regarding the overall budget and plan as required.
- Administrative support - Process invoices, field email enquiries, coordinate photoshoots, conduct research, proofread materials, and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Degree level educated, ideally in a business, marketing or communications discipline, or equivalent experience
- CIM Diploma-qualified or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' experience providing marketing support within a corporate environment, ideally professional services, or B2B experience in events management in a B2B sector
- Good knowledge of website content and design principles, with experience using a CMS and Google Analytics
- Experience with the design and publication of marketing collateral and pitch decks
- Experience using Pardot (marketing automation) or similar packages for email marketing
- Experience using Salesforce (CRM Sales Cloud) or similar packages
- Proactive, self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude, willing to go the extra mile when required.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Ability to work independently, generate ideas, identify issues, propose solutions, and manage projects without supervision, while collaborating effectively with others.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to assess the potential value of marketing and BD proposals in alignment with team and business objectives.
- Strong organisational and planning skills; able to manage multiple projects and competing demands.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop productive working relationships and liaise effectively with all levels of management.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- A strong interest in developing a career in B2B marketing in a varied and hands-on role.
