
Accounting Manager, Partnership Accounting

- Oversee the financial reporting process from UK operators and business partners to ensure accuracy and consistency with group reporting requirements.
- Review and consolidate operator financial submissions; investigate anomalies and variances.
- Manage the preparation of partnership-level financial statements, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and internal policies.
- Serve as the key point of contact between UK partnerships and internal stakeholders, including U.S.-based accounting, tax, and audit teams.
- Lead monthly financial data uploads and reconciliations of operator submissions.
- Supervise internal control processes and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained to support financial reporting.
- Coordinate and support tax compliance activities in collaboration with internal and external tax advisors.
- Manage internal and external audits and statutory reporting processes, including liaising with auditors and resolving queries.
- Guide implementation of new accounting policies and procedures as necessary, ensuring alignment with group-wide standards.
- Coach and develop junior staff or support accounting project teams as needed.
- Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of partnership accounting.
- This is a 100% office-based role in Central London.
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in public accounting or corporate accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP is required; familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a multi-entity, cross-border environment; real estate or private equity experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing deadlines across statutory reporting, tax, and audit deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong aptitude for accounting systems.
- Experience working collaboratively across international teams is preferred.
