Are you an experienced and driven Electrical maintenance professional seeking an exciting new role?Join my clients dynamic team at a leading Facilities Management company.Salary: £48,000 + plenty of overtimeLocation: Static, large commercial siteMonday - Friday (8am - 5pm)Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
  • Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all electrical maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
Requirements: * NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
  • 17th or 18th edition
