We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and inclusive school community.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, caring, and committed to making a real difference in the lives of children who need additional support to succeed.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needsAssist in delivering personalised learning plans under the direction of the class teacher and SENCoPromote inclusion and encourage independence and confidence in pupilsSupport pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs in and out of the classroomWork collaboratively with staff, parents/carers and external professionalsWe are looking for someone who:Has experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, speech and language, SEMH, etc.)
