As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a high-quality caseload including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development projects
- Property finance
- Portfolio management
- Commercial lease negotiations
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and commercial transactions
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to manage complex transactions independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
