This is a fantastic opportunity to teach in well-regarded schools without the planning and workload of a permanent position.About the RoleAs a Supply Teacher, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You'll deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and key stages, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities*Delivering pre-planned lessons to ensure effective learning continues in the absence of regular class teachers
*Adapting teaching styles and resources to suit the needs and abilities of diverse student groups
*Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
*Collaborating with school staff to ensure smooth handovers and student progressionRequirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
*Previous classroom teaching experience, ideally across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and establish rapport with studentsBenefits*Flexible working hours: typically 08:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday
