Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in groundworks. Our clients expertise spans a wide range of commercial and warehousing projects, from large-scale developments to much smaller complex projects. Values vary from £1m – £15m.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering RC Frame and Groundworks packages on projects valued between £1m and £15m across the Leicester & the Midlands. You'll take ownership of the commercial function from tender through to final account, working closely with the operations team to manage cost planning, contract administration, valuations, and forecasting.REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Experience with a Groundworks or Civil engineering subcontractor
  • Confident managing full project commercial lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
