We’re looking for experienced SEND speciliasts to join a fantastic SEND school in Lambeth, starting as soon as possible.The role:Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs in small, structured classesBuilding strong, positive relationships as a calm and consistent role modelWorking closely with teachers and therapists to create safe, engaging learning environmentsBringing patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to every dayWhat we’re looking for:Teaching assistants or care experienced professionals with experience in SEND (autism, SEMH, PMLD or similar)Confidence in managing behaviour positively and supporting children 1:1 or in groupsA team player who’s ready to step in, show initiative, and make a real difference from day oneWhat you’ll get:Weekly pay through PAYE (no umbrella companies)Free access to our online CPD AcademyOngoing guidance and support from a dedicated consultantLong-term opportunities in a school that values its staffAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
