- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organising and coordinating high-level meetings and events.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Proven experience in a similar executive support role in a corporate environment. This could also suit someone wanting to step up and learn as long as you have the right attitude.
- Educated to degree level
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on the candidate)
