
Field Sales Executive

- Drive Revenue Performance: Sell NCP’s products, including Season tickets, NCP App, Validations, and Event Sales, TV/Film production to boost revenue across NCP’s car parks.
- Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets and related monthly KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work in partnership with other functions to create relevant customer and market sales propositions.
- Strategic Planning: Understand strategic targets by product and car park, working closely with Commercial Managers to maximize revenue and volume return.
- Reporting: Report success and align the right product with the right car park, demonstrating results to the business.
- Sales Experience: Proven end-to-end sales experience.
- Self-Motivation: Committed and driven, with the ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills to develop business relationships with clients and customers.
- Commercial Acumen: Confident in financial and commercial acumen, understanding multi-site revenue generation is a plus.
- Competitive Package: £30,000 base salary + £5,000 car allowance.
