- Own the sales strategy for key accounts, using Siemens and Advanta portfolios to drive sustainable, digital innovation.
- Represent Siemens Advanta at senior client levels, fostering long-term partnerships and unlocking future growth opportunities.
- Shape market presence through thought leadership and targeted marketing to elevate brand visibility and influence.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from forecasting and strategy to negotiation and closure, ensuring client-centric outcomes.
- Craft differentiated value propositions, integrating Siemens and partner capabilities to address industry-specific challenges.
- Champion Advanta's strategic role, positioning the business as a transformational leader and innovation partner.
- Education: MBA or PhD, ideally in Business, Engineering, Science, or IT.
- Industry Expertise: significant experience in Automotive or Consulting, with a strong focus on digital transformation across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Technical & Commercial Competence: Proven success in technology-led solutions, deep domain knowledge, and a strong network of industry contacts.
- Global Approach: Experience leading cross-border projects with international teams, adapting to diverse market and regulatory environments.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Entrepreneurial, value-focused approach with excellent communication skills in English (it would be great if you also spoke German, though this is not essential), and a collaborative leadership style.
