As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and leading the kitchen team:Help deliver multi-rosette standard food to consistently high levelsAssist in managing food costs and achieving GP targetsTrain and guide kitchen staff on dish specs, portion control and standardsOversee stock control, ordering and storage proceduresMaintain hygiene standards and ensure HACCP complianceKeep accurate records for cleaning schedules, temperatures, and food labellingSupport smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with front-of-house teamsWhat we’re looking for:An experienced and motivated chef with proven success at Sous Chef level or strong CDP ready to step upA team player who leads by example and supports staff developmentSomeone who thrives in a professional, high-quality restaurant and hotel environmentIf you’re a Sous Chef looking to further your career on the Isle of Wight, this could be the perfect next step.Apply now – we’d love to hear from you.Job Number │ 933600 / INDSOTONCHEF
