Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a national, Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy who are in the process of establishing a new Belfast office to supplement their existing operations across the UK. Having appointed an Associate Director, they are now looking to strengthen their capabilities through the recruitment of a Principal Engineer. As a business they specialise in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transport Planning and Geo-Environmental Engineering.Alongside technical work, the successful individual will have significant opportunities to get involved in business development and team management. If you are currently at a Senior or Associate level do get in touch as, ideally the role will be at Principal, however, could be a grade either side of this.What's in it for you?

- Chartered (or nearly chartered) with a relevant professional body (ICE, IEI, IStructE)
- Strong project experience in line with the core business offerings (Civil, Structural, Transport Planning or Geo-Environmental)
- Experience in management of all project deliverables
- Experience in business development and work-winning is highly advantageous
