About the RoleIn this role, you will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with behavioural challenges. You'll play a vital part in helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities:Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with SEN and behavioural needsSupport teaching staff with lesson delivery and individualised learning plansEncourage positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulationBuild confidence, independence, and a love of learning in pupilsHelp create an inclusive, engaging, and safe classroom environment What We're Looking For:Previous experience supporting children with SEN and behavioural needs (ideally in a school setting)A patient, resilient, and proactive approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsGood standard of spoken and written EnglishAn Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)A full CV covering the last 10 years (with any gaps explained) Benefits:Competitive daily rate (£95-£105)Opportunity to secure a permanent roleSupportive school team and well-resourced settingEasily accessible by public transport Safeguarding NoticeAll applicants must have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
