Effective and efficient delivery of coaching sessions that inspire and enthuse high potential athletes
The ability to plan and deliver a range of technical and tactical sessions with individuals, small groups, and the wider team
Excellent use of a range of communication skills and strategies
How to support the transfer of athlete learning from practice to competition
Experience in planning & implementing a high-performance pathway program
An ability to set and evaluate group and individual goals

Recent experience of a Senior International netball programme as a player or coach
Experience of leading at Domestic (NSL/SSN/ANZ) senior-level or assisting at International age group level and/or seniors in training or competition environments (World ranking competitions/WYC)
Experience of coaching netball within a performance pathway environmentExperience of working within a full-time training environment for extended periods on home soil and/or overseas
Experience of leading and of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamUKCC Level 2 or above (or overseas equivalent)
