About the Role:Are you ready to take ownership of supply planning for a dynamic and impactful product portfolio? At Theramex, we’re looking for a Senior Supply Planner to manage end-to-end inventory and ensure timely delivery across our global markets. You’ll be the key link between our internal teams and third-party manufacturers, driving operational excellence and ensuring our products reach the women who need them.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan replenishments of finished products using Microsoft Dynamics (D365).
  • Run capacity planning simulations and align orders with vendor constraints.
  • Place and manage purchase orders for finished goods, raw materials, APIs, and semi-finished bulk.
  • Maintain accurate planning parameters and ensure system updates.
  • Lead weekly calls with vendors to monitor manufacturing progress and resolve delays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Artwork, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Quality.
  • Provide insights and updates during monthly S&OP cycles.
  • Ensure timely and factual communication with market stakeholders.
  • Perform system transactions related to intercompany purchases.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in supply planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of MRP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a structured approach.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating supply constraints.
