Aspire people are looking for a Year 3 Teaching Assistant in Trafford and surrounding areas.We are looking for a dedicated professional that has experience working with SEND students, that would be able to support in both mainstream, and SEND schools.Position: Temporary and day-to-day support with the potential of full time/permanent positions in the futureLocation: Primary and SEND schools in Salford and surrounding areas
Rate: £90.00 - £100.00Experience: Must have UK based experience working with children, ideally in an education setting
Experience working with Social, emotional and Mental health needs (SEMH) and other Special educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.Availability: Flexible day to day working, also regular full and part time workWhat does the role involve:The role requires attention to detail, patience and a non-judgemental approach, and it is important to be resilient and passionate about supporting each child's needs.You might be:
  • Supporting teachers in the classroom
  • Working 1:1 with children
  • Working with small groups
  • Managing classroom resources
  • Managing heightened behaviours and keeping children safe
  • Creating a positive and safe environment for all learners
