Production Operative Wanted in South Woodham FerrersPay Rate: £12.21 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmType: Temp to perm for the right candidateLocation: South Woodham Ferrers CM3 (Due to the location, own transport is required)Job Description: We are seeking Production Operatives for our client, a busy factory in South Woodham Ferrers. This role involves various production tasks and does not require previous experience as full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembling parts and metal units
  • Gluing
  • Using screwdrivers and drills (Not all jobs)
  • Packing products
  • General production work in a busy factory environment
Knowledge & Skills:
  • No prior experience is necessary
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations
Ideal Candidates Will:
  • Be reliable, flexible, and trustworthy
  • Be willing to learn and take on new tasks
  • Have their own transport due to the location
