- Lead Talent Projects: Take full ownership of internal talent management projects from initial concept to final implementation. This includes initiatives such as performance management, Talent mapping, succession planning, employee engagement, career pathing, and leadership development.
- Project Management: Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables. You'll create detailed project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with People Business Partners, and key business stakeholders to understand business needs, gain buy-in, and ensure smooth project rollout.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize People analytics and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, build business cases for new initiatives, and measure the success of your projects.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine our existing talent processes and programs, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our company goals.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for your projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear, consistent communication across the organization.
- 4-6 years of experience in a Talent Management, L&D, or People role, with a demonstrated focus on program and project management.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. You are skilled in planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- A strong understanding of key talent management concepts, including performance cycles, succession planning, and employee development frameworks.
- You can clearly articulate complex ideas to various audiences, both in writing and verbally. You're adept at influencing and collaborating with senior leaders.
- You're comfortable working with data to generate insights, track metrics, and demonstrate the ROI of your initiatives.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and have a keen eye for detail. You don't wait to be told what to do; you identify needs and take initiative.
