Pay Rate: £25 UMB p/hResponsibilities:
As a key member of the Neighbourhood Housing team, you will be responsible for various housing management functions including estate management, new tenant visits, tenancy sign-ups, tenancy verification, fraud prevention, and addressing anti-social behaviour.Key Duties:Delivering comprehensive housing management services within a defined geographic area, ensuring high operational performance and continuous improvement.
Developing and implementing improvement plans in consultation with residents to meet the needs of the area and corporate objectives.
Ensuring housing and environmental services meet statutory requirements and best practices, with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility for vulnerable customers.
Investigating and resolving complaints, incidents of anti-social behaviour, and harassment in line with policies and procedures.
Identifying opportunities for service enhancements and implementing changes effectively.
Supporting resident involvement in shaping policies, service standards, and performance scrutiny.
Contributing to local strategies and wider improvement projects as required.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and promoting equality and diversity in housing management services.
Monitoring budgets and expenditure within designated areas of responsibility.
Participating in out-of-hours services and emergency cover as needed.
Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in housing management or related field.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
