Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - WorksopAcademics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work local to the area of Worksop.This temporary HLTA role is due to commence in September 2025, offering a competitive daily rate of £110 - £145 (inclusive of holiday pay) with working hours of 8.30AM to 3.30PM, Monday to Friday.As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Worksop, you will support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education, leading small group sessions, and assisting with pupil progress. This HLTA role is ideal for someone passionate about education and looking to make a difference in Worksop.Requirements for the Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience (Cache Level 4 or BA Hons Degree / MA in Education).
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to support education and training initiatives.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
