You will work closely with their team to ensure a seamless deployment process and provide ongoing technical support. This role is based 100% on site in the West Midlands and will be ideally suited to local candidates.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute the deployment of software and hardware solutions.
  • Conduct system tests and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the deployment process.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and industry standards.
  • Document all deployment activities and create user guides.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Deployment Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies and best practises.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) would be advantageous.
This temporary position offers a 6 month initial contract with very likely extensions.
