As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that approximately 1300 end-users receive efficient and effective first-line support. Your role is crucial in maintaining the productivity and smooth operation of our firm by ensuring that all IT issues are addressed promptly and professionally.What Will You Do?
  • Provide first-line support to our internal colleagues, ensuring high levels of service and support.
  • Accurately log incidents and service requests, capturing all interactions and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system.
  • Handle incoming IT issues through various channels including phone, email, and our self-service portal
  • Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
